Matthew LaVallee has successfully defended employers faced with claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination Act, and the Occupational Safety & Health Act. Matthew has skillfully defended his clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Georgia Department of Labor, and the Georgia Department of Revenue. Matthew also defends large national companies faced with licensing issues across the State of Georgia. Additionally, Matthew serves small and medium sized business, as well as entrepreneurs and business executives, with the preparation of contracts, employment agreements, and employee handbooks.

Matthew LaVallee has extensive experience defending the State of Georgia, counties, and cities from claims filed under federal and state law. Matthew has artfully defended law enforcement officials in claims alleging excessive force, false arrest and imprisonment, and First Amendment Retaliation; from employment claims alleging discrimination, sexual harassment and free speech and association violations; with prisoner litigation asserting constitutional violations; and zoning challenges.
